Appointments Policy

The aim of Denvolve is to protect the safety and wellbeing of our staff, patients and visitors at all times. Our policy for workplace aggression is intended to protect all members of our staff, and anyone who visits Denvolve, from undesirable behaviour.

Our philosophy is that violence and aggression, in any form and for whatever reason, is unacceptable behaviour and it will not be tolerated. We are committed to taking all reasonable steps to minimize the risk of violent and aggressive behaviour against our staff whilst acting they carry out their duties.

Missing appointments wastes time and resources which are needed for patients who may be waiting a long time to be seen. Our practice policy is that if, patients cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend an appointment, then we will no longer be able to offer NHS treatment and may incur a loss of deposit. We will of course take any special circumstances into account. We may still be able to offer private dental care, but will require a non-refundable deposit.

Our examinations are 30 minutes. The team require this team to carry out a comprehensive examination and patients may not be able to be seen if more than 10 minutes late. Emergency appointments are 15 minutes.  The team require this time to help those in pain and patients may not be seen if more than 5 minutes late.

Cosmetic/Orthodontic/Implant consultation £40*

Hygienist treatment £65 (30 minutes) £130 (60 minutes)

*Fee is paid on booking examination either online or via phone.

Hygienist Treatment: £35/£65 deposit to be paid when booking hygiene appointments.
